1. JOB BRIEF

• Job Title :-                    Quality Control and Assurance Executive
• Department :-               Quality Control Department
• Hierarchy Level :-         Middle Management
• Gender Preference :-    Male Only
• Pay Structure :-            20-25000/- per month
• Reporting to :-              HOD(Quality)

2. Job Purpose

To ensure that all the products coming out of product must be in accordance with Quality & Assurance Plan and also complies with the IS/ISO/DTUPL Quality plan

3. Primary Responsibility

• Compliances as per ISO 9001  
• All work as per SOP.
• Implementation of Preventive and Maintenance Process
• Prepare a vendor assessment schedule and review it as per our standards
• Minimizing the internal rejection Rate
• Minimizing the after sales faults by identifying the root cause and making detailed preventive plan for it
• Prepare training module for production & train them to work as per standards

4. Education

• Minimum  Education      :-     Engineer
• Technical Education      : –     Mechanical / Electrical Engineer

5. Experience

• Minimum Experience QA      :-     5 years
• Minimum Experience      : –     3 Years in similar industry

6. Behavioural & Technical Skills

• Good Knowledge of the industry practices
• Negotiation skills
• Handling of Labour
• Integrity & high Quality standards
