1. JOB BRIEF

  • Reporting to :-              CEO
2. Job Purpose

Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the maintain the all the invoice, bills is collected and entered in tally and make sure that all accounts are in sync. The key activities are:

  • 1.To make sure all bills & invoice are entered into tally.
  • 2.To make sure all status of debtors, creditors and stock depicts actual status.
  • 3.To ensure that all legal compliances are done on time.
  • 4.To ensure all documents in kept files and stored properly/
3. Primary Responsibility

One Time Activities

  1. 1. To prepare all files as per the compliance (Purchase, Sales, State, Inter-state, Expenses)
  2. 2. To prepare vendor Master, Customer Master in Tally.
  3. 3. To create all relevant head in tally.

Daily Activities

  1. 1. To raise the invoices and enter in tally.
  2. 2.To enter the bills of vendor and prepare payment tracker for payment on due date.
  3. 3. To enter all the receipts and payments into tally.
  4. 4. Follow up with vendors who have not paid GST.
  5. 5. To generate E-way bills

Weekly Activities

  1. 1. To present payment tracker to assigned person.
  2. 2. To enter bank statement & reconcile it.
  3. 3. To provide the list of debtors list to assigned person
  4. 4. To provide the list of purchase list to purchase.
  5. 5. To do follow up from site for bills & Invoices.

Monthly Activities

  1. 1. To deduct TDS & File Return
  2. 2. To calculate and intimate GST amounts, Pay it & File Return
  3. 3. To Provide Monthly P&L, Balance sheet
4. Education
  • Minimum  Education      :-     Graduate in any discipline
  • Technical Education      : –     BCom / CA
5. Experience
  • Minimum Experience QA      :-     5 years
  • Minimum Experience      : –     2 Years in similar industry
6. Behavioural & Technical Skills
  • Good at calculation & finding errors
  • Integrity
  • Good Communication skills (Written/Oral)
  • Knowledge of advanced excel & Google sheets
